1. Services
SB MAAC provides an online SMM panel where users can order social media-related services such as followers, likes, views, engagement, traffic, and other digital services available on the platform.
Services, prices, delivery speed, minimum and maximum quantities may change at any time without prior notice.
2. User Responsibility
The user is responsible for selecting the correct service, reading the service description, entering the correct link or username, and using the platform responsibly.
SB MAAC is not responsible for mistakes made by the user, including wrong links, wrong service selection, wrong quantity, or misunderstanding of the service details.
3. Orders
Once an order is placed, it may start automatically or manually depending on the selected service.
Orders cannot always be canceled after submission. Delivery time may vary depending on the service, provider availability, platform updates, or technical conditions.
SB MAAC does not guarantee exact delivery time unless clearly mentioned in the service description.
4. Payments
Users can add funds through the available payment methods, including bank transfer in Morocco, money transfer, crypto payment, or other methods provided by SB MAAC.
Minimum deposit: 200 MAD or $21.
After payment, the user must open a support ticket and provide payment proof, username, paid amount, and payment method used.
The balance will be added only after payment verification.
5. Refunds
Added funds are generally non-refundable once credited to the user account.
If an order fails, is canceled by the system, or cannot be delivered, the amount may be refunded to the user’s account balance depending on the order status.
Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.
6. Service Guarantee
Results may vary depending on the selected service and social media platform behavior.
SB MAAC does not guarantee permanent results unless refill or guarantee is clearly mentioned in the service description.
Some services may experience drops, delays, partial delivery, or changes caused by social media platform updates.
7. Account Security
Users are responsible for keeping their account login details secure.
SB MAAC is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by sharing login details or poor account security.
8. Prohibited Use
Users may not use the platform for illegal activities, fraud, harassment, scams, hate speech, misleading activities, or any action that violates applicable laws or platform rules.
SB MAAC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in suspicious or abusive activity.
9. No Affiliation
SB MAAC is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, Twitter/X, Telegram, or any other social media platform mentioned on the website.
All names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10. Changes to Terms
SB MAAC may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
By continuing to use the website after changes are published, you accept the updated terms.

1. الخدمات
توفر SB MAAC منصة SMM تتيح للمستخدمين طلب خدمات متعلقة بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، مثل المتابعين، الإعجابات، المشاهدات، التفاعل، الزيارات، وخدمات رقمية أخرى متوفرة داخل المنصة.
قد تتغير الخدمات، الأسعار، سرعة التنفيذ، الحد الأدنى والحد الأقصى للطلبات في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
2. مسؤولية المستخدم
يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية اختيار الخدمة المناسبة، قراءة وصف الخدمة، إدخال الرابط أو اسم المستخدم بشكل صحيح، واستخدام المنصة بطريقة مسؤولة.
لا تتحمل SB MAAC مسؤولية الأخطاء التي يقوم بها المستخدم، مثل إدخال رابط خاطئ، اختيار خدمة غير مناسبة، إدخال كمية غير صحيحة، أو عدم فهم تفاصيل الخدمة.
3. الطلبات
بعد إنشاء الطلب، قد يبدأ تنفيذه بشكل تلقائي أو يدوي حسب نوع الخدمة المختارة.
لا يمكن دائماً إلغاء الطلب بعد إرساله. قد تختلف مدة التنفيذ حسب نوع الخدمة، توفر المزود، تحديثات المنصة، أو الظروف التقنية.
لا تضمن SB MAAC وقتاً محدداً للتنفيذ إلا إذا كان ذلك مذكوراً بوضوح في وصف الخدمة.
4. الدفع
يمكن للمستخدمين إضافة الرصيد عبر وسائل الدفع المتوفرة، مثل التحويل البنكي داخل المغرب، تحويل الأموال، الدفع بالكريبتو، أو أي وسيلة أخرى توفرها SB MAAC.
الحد الأدنى للشحن: 200 درهم أو 21 دولار.
بعد الدفع، يجب على المستخدم فتح تذكرة دعم وإرسال إثبات الدفع، اسم المستخدم، المبلغ المدفوع، وطريقة الدفع المستعملة.
لا يتم إضافة الرصيد إلا بعد التحقق من الدفع.
5. الاسترجاع
الرصيد الذي تتم إضافته إلى الحساب يكون غالباً غير قابل للاسترجاع.
إذا فشل الطلب، أو تم إلغاؤه من النظام، أو تعذر تنفيذه، فقد يتم إرجاع المبلغ إلى رصيد حساب المستخدم حسب حالة الطلب.
استرجاع المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية غير مضمون ويخضع للمراجعة حسب كل حالة.
6. ضمان الخدمات
قد تختلف النتائج حسب الخدمة المختارة وطريقة عمل منصة التواصل الاجتماعي المعنية.
لا تضمن SB MAAC بقاء النتائج بشكل دائم إلا إذا كان التعويض أو الضمان مذكوراً بوضوح في وصف الخدمة.
قد تعرف بعض الخدمات نقصاً، تأخيراً، تنفيذاً جزئياً، أو تغييرات بسبب تحديثات منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
7. أمان الحساب
يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية حماية معلومات الدخول الخاصة بحسابه.
لا تتحمل SB MAAC مسؤولية أي دخول غير مصرح به ناتج عن مشاركة معلومات الدخول أو ضعف حماية الحساب.
8. الاستخدامات الممنوعة
لا يسمح باستخدام المنصة في أنشطة غير قانونية، احتيال، مضايقة، نصب، خطاب كراهية، أنشطة مضللة، أو أي تصرف يخالف القوانين أو قواعد المنصات.
تحتفظ SB MAAC بحق تعليق أو إغلاق أي حساب يشارك في نشاط مشبوه أو مسيء.
9. عدم وجود ارتباط رسمي
SB MAAC ليست تابعة رسمياً لـ Instagram أو TikTok أو Facebook أو YouTube أو Spotify أو Twitter/X أو Telegram أو أي منصة تواصل اجتماعي أخرى مذكورة في الموقع.
جميع الأسماء، الشعارات، والعلامات التجارية تعود إلى أصحابها الأصليين.
10. تعديل الشروط
يمكن لـ SB MAAC تحديث شروط الخدمة في أي وقت. سيتم نشر التحديثات على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ سريان جديد.
استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد نشر التعديلات يعني موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.
